What if I am looking for a particular theme or color scheme currently not listed in the shop?
We are constantly adding new themes and designs. If you are looking for something in particular, please be sure to contact us by completing our contact us form or via email at jennifer@lilygrovedesigns as we may be able to create exactly what you are looking for.
What is your current turnaround time?
Please note that all orders containing personalization (except for journal and memory books) will receive a digital proof. Proofs are emailed to the email provided at checkout in approx. 24-48 business hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30a.m. to 5:30p.m. Orders with proofs will not be processed until your complete approval is received.
We do our best to ensure orders are completed as quickly as possible. Please allow approx. 3-5 business days for production of orders. However, should you need your items by a certain date that does not allow for this timeframe, we do offer two rush services that are available in your shopping cart.
We do ask for your date needed by at checkout; however, this is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee delivery by this date.
What cardstock are your items printed on?
All items are printed on 110lb cover cardstock. However, the journals and memory books are printed on 60lb cover cardstock.
What shipping method is used?
We ship all items via USPS. Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which is an estimated 2-3 days. Stickers, labels and gift tags, if purchased alone, are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, which is an esimtated 2-5 days.
All international orders (orders shipped outside of the United States) are shipped via USPS First Class International.
However, you may choose to upgrade your shipping method at checkout by selecting another shipping option.
If you are located in the Richmond, VA area, we do offer order pick-up. Simply select the pick-up option at checkout. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pick-up to arrange pick-up details.
Please note that title transfers at shipment. Therefore, seller is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
